Michael Jordan's Chicago home that was built in 1995 is now going to have a new owner after being sold for $9.5 million.

To note, the 56,000 square foot property was first listed on the market for $29 million in 2012, and after an underwhelming list of offers, it was dropped to $14.8 million in 2015.

With this in mind, the current buyer is seemingly getting a bargain, as it is now 1/3 the original price.

The owner was actually found earlier this year (per TMZ), however, the deal was dependent on multiple factors, and apparently those have been met as it is now move-in ready.

The mansion is located in Highland Park and comes with seven-acres of property. In view of the specs, it includes nine bedrooms, 19 bathrooms, a gym, library, cigar room, infinity pool, and tennis court, along with an indoor basketball court.

All in all, the best part of the house may be that Michael Jordan designed and lived in the house himself, while playing for the Bulls.
During his legendary career, Jordan racked up six championships, while posting the best points per game average in NBA history (30.1).
Ultimately, MJ is arguably the best basketball player of all-time, for those who believe it is not LeBron James.
