Shannon Sharpe Breaks Silence on Joy Taylor, Skip Bayless Sexual Harassment Lawsuit

Sunday was the last day of the NFL season, but it wasn't football that took center stage in Week 18. Instead, it was a bombshell report from Front Office Sports, which alleged a former employee who worked for Fox Sports, was a victim of sexual harassment during her time with the network.

Shannon Sharpe Breaks Silence About Fox Lawsuit

The lawsuit was brought up by former makeup artist Noushin Faraji, who alleges that prominent voices Skip Bayless and Joy Taylor were at the helm of her harassment. With Baylor and Taylor under fire, many wondered if former Fox Sports talent Shannon Sharpe was involved in any way. On Monday, he broke his silence.

"That ain't got nothing to do with me," Shape said.

"It doesn't. What do y'all want me to say? That ain't got nothing to do with me. So, there's nothing to address. I don't know why everybody keeps — if you notice, everybody's posting it, they got me.

"In those 42 pages, it doesn't mention that Shannon Sharpe did anything. But y'all want to get clicks, so ya'll mention me."

Taylor Had an Affair With Fox EVP For Prominent Position

The suit alleges that Taylor was having an affair with Fox Sports Executive Vice President Charlie Dixon, who was also married, and used his influence to get her the role on FS1.

"It came as a surprise when Fox announced that Ms. Taylor—who was a bartender and radio host in Miami with very little TV experience—would be the moderator of the new show, a sports debate program, Skip and Shannon: Undisputed," the suit reads.

"Mr. Bayless later disclosed to Ms. Faraji that he did not want Ms. Taylor on the show. But Mr. Dixon was adamant that Ms. Taylor should star. At first, Mr. Dixon arranged a dinner between Mr. Bayless and Ms. Taylor where she arrived in provocative clothing and acted in a provocative manner. When that did not change Mr. Bayless's opinion of Ms. Taylor, Mr. Dixon asked him to approve of her as a favor to him. Reluctantly, Mr. Bayless agreed to do so as a favor to his friend."
