That is, there were other revelations in the lawsuit filed by Ms. Faraji, as based off the information provided, it was insinuated that Taylor had been sleeping her way to the top.
In particular, Taylor has been accused of having romantic relationships with Fox Sports Executive VP Charles Dixon and fellow co-host Emmanuel Acho, and in favor she received prominent roles on the network shows.
An old video clip on Taylor's X account, dated back to November 14, 2022, showed her talking about the Indianapolis Colts hiring former Pro Bowl center Jeff Saturday as their new head coach.
To note, ironically Taylor's words actually could pertain to her own situation at Fox Sports:
"The way he [Jeff Saturday] got this job was ridiculous and embarrassing and disrespectful to everyone else in the organization. Everyone doesn't feel great about this hire in the organization. What it says to everyone... 'your hard work doesn't matter, what you put in doesn't matter'... You could show up everyday, you could get here early, you could leave late, you could put in years, blood, sweat, and tears, and if I have a better relationship with this guy [or girl], he [or she] is going to get the job over you. Remember that and believe me that message is received when you do things like this."

With this in mind, certainly, Taylor had good relationships, which is exactly why many believe she got the job.
Following the breaking bombshell news that was revealed in the lawsuit, former hosts of FS1's Speak For Yourself, Marcellus Wiley and Jason Whitlock, actually suggested they lost their jobs because of Taylor's inappropriate relations with Dixon and Acho.
Jason Whitlock implies that Joy Taylor and Emanuel Acho, conspired to get himself, and Marcellus Wiley removed from Speak For Yourself on FS1, to become the hosts.

Marcellus Wiley tells Jason Whitlock that lawyers have reached out to him about filling a lawsuit against FS1 . He says Joy Taylor and Emmanuel acho were plotting against him to take his show in 2020.But he didn’t know the exec Dixon was helping Joy he just found that out pic.twitter.com/qvfCFamjG1

Wiley was heard summing it all up, while appearing on Whitlock's show Fearless, as he brought up how they themselves were removed form their roles, and replaced by Acho and Taylor, despite having the "fastest growing show" (Speak For Yourself) on the network.
"This lawsuit brought a lot of things home for me, that I never thought of... So for you The thing you didn't know is that Acho and Joy were plotting for our show. I did know that... What I didn't know allegedly was the fact that Charlie Dixon was involved with Joy Taylor romantically, if I had known that then, then it would have made sense, of not only the movements, but the power that came from those movements."
The documents stated:
"In approximately May 2016, Ms. Taylor asked Ms. Faraji to meet for a drink in Santa Monica. When Ms. Faraji arrived, she found Ms. Taylor with an older man, Fox Sport's Executive Vice President of Content, Mr. Dixon. As Executive Vice President, Mr. Dixon is responsible for overseeing all content and production on FS1. Ms. Faraji, however, did not know Mr. Dixon."
"From their body language, Ms. Faraji suspected that the pair were sleeping with each other, and although this concerned Ms. Faraji as she knew Ms. Taylor was recently married, Ms. Faraji kept her opinions to herself."
"Around August 2016, Ms. Faraji attended a dinner with Ms. Taylor and her husband and Mr. Dixon and his wife. During the dinner, Ms. Taylor's husband became suspicious that Ms. Taylor and Mr. Dixon were having a sexual relationship. Soon after the dinner, Ms. Taylor's husband found evidence of the inappropriate relationship and divorced Ms. Taylor."
Taylor and Acho have yet to speak out about the allegations, but undoubtedly their futures are in jeopardy if everything in the lawsuit holds true.
