Jimmy Butler Says "Show Me The Money" and Files Motion Against Mother of His Children

The last few weeks have been nothing short of dramatic for Miami Heat all-star Jimmy Butler. The 35-year-old has been in a gridlock with the team after making some suggestive comments in a press conference that made it clear he wants out of Miami before the trade deadline on February 6.

Jimmy Butler has since been serving a seven-game suspension that cost him $2.4 million dollars, and it couldn't have come at a worse time.

Butler Wants Nowak to Reveal Where the Money is Going

According to Daily Mail, the Miami Heat all-star is in the middle of a paternity battle with his ex, Kaitlin Nowak, over their three children, Rylee, Brayan, and Kian.

The dispute stems from Nowak's request for an additional $10,000 for a nanny on top of the $55,000 monthly allowance Butler sends her for child support.

Butler, feeling that the initial payment was more than substantial, then filed a motion asking the mother of his children to account for the "tremendous" amount of money that he is giving her. He argues that their time-sharing agreement has altered and that there is no need for a nanny, especially because Rylee will be starting school later this year and Brayan is enrolled in preschool or childcare.

Butler and his legal team are holding back nothing as the filing asks about his baby mama's refusal to get a job. Additionally, the court documents point out that Butler and Nowak were never married, so she is not entitled to his basketball fortune.

Butler, who is private about his personal life, has yet to publicly address the situation.
