During the Philadelphia Eagles' 22-10 Wild Card playoff win over the Green Bay Packers on Sunday, there was a verbal altercation in the crowd that was caught on video. That is, an Eagles fan appeared to be berating a female Packers fan, by calling her an "ugly dumb c***," for simply rooting for her favorite team.

What it's like going to Philly just trying to root for your team...
Unprovoked, uncalled for. Packers twitter, help me out and find this guy.... this is not okay
I hate that my fiancé had this happen simply cheering for her team pic.twitter.com/aiHCKzxrSS

The fan who posted the footage is a Packers' content creator by the name of Alexander Basara, and his fiancée is the one who was the victim of the verbal abuse.
And now the identity of the angry fan in the green jacket has also been revealed as Ryan Caldwell. And after investigating the situation, the Eagles have banned him from attending any future events at Lincoln Financial Field (per NFL reporter Derrick Gunn).
And in an act of remorse for the vile remarks made by their fan, the organization is even sending Green Bay gear to the woman as well.
Here's an update ... Big Dom has identified the guy and woman involved in this incident .. the guy will be banned from future Eagles games .. the eagles will be sending the woman packers gear as an apology .. Eagles once again showing what a class organization they are ..👏🏾👏🏾 https://t.co/ZOUvyB3zzq

The viral clip also made Caldwell's employer (BCT Partners) aware of the situation, as the management consulting firm in New Jersey released a statement regarding the matter.

"The management at BCT Partners has been made aware of a video circulating involving an employee making offensive remarks outside of the workplace," the company wrote. "BCT Partners denounces this type of behavior, and we take this matter extremely seriously."
The statement continued, "We have already begun a full investigation as an internal personnel matter to determine what actions will be taken. We sincerely apologize to everyone affected by this behavior and remain committed to fostering a culture of respect for all."
