Conor McGregor Being Sued Over Miami Heat Game Sexual Assault Incident

UFC superstar Conor McGregor once again is finding himself in a legal battle, as he is being sued over allegations he sexually assaulted a woman during an NBA Finals game back in 2023 (Miami Heat vs. Denver Nuggets; June 9, 2023).

The woman who has been identified as Jane Doe in the case alleges that McGregor met her at the Kesaya Center in Miami, and led her into a men's restroom near the arena's nightclub, where he sexually assaulted her inside of a stall (per TMZ).

In addition, she is also blaming the Heat organization (a defendant in the case), accusing the security of failing to properly protect her from the MMA star.

Furthermore, the court docs state that they knew McGregor was intoxicated but kept giving him drinks, which led to his erratic behavior.

To note, this was the same game that he had injured the person inside the Heat mascot costume during a skit.

The attorney representing McGregor, Barbara Llanes expects her client to have a favorable outcome, considering these assault claims were also investigated by the authorities in the summer of 2023.

Llanes said in a statement: "After a thorough investigation at the time, the State's Attorney concluded that there was no case to pursue. Almost two years and at least three lawyers later the plaintiff has a new false story. We are confident that this case too will be dismissed."

To point out, just a couple months ago, McGregor was found liable of sexual assault from a 2018 Dublin hotel incident.
