During the Eagles' 22-10 win over the Packers on Sunday, there was one angry Philadelphia fan who was caught on video harassing a female Green Bay supporter, calling her "an ugly dumb c***."

That is, the unhinged fan has been identified as Ryan Caldwell, a business analyst at BCTPartners, and as it turns out his employer caught wind of the interaction and fired him.
The DEI-focused management consulting firm called Caldwell's actions, "highly offensive and misogynistic," and they released a statement.
"We condemn our former employee's conduct in the strongest possible terms," BCT Partners said in a statement. "This individual's conduct and language were vile, disgusting, unacceptable, and horrific and have no place in our workplace and society... Such conduct is not who we are and not what we stand for."
In the original viral post, the guy who was recording is known as a Packers content creator named Alexander Basara, and his fiancée, Ally Keller, is the one who was the victim of the verbal abuse.

Caldwell told the New York Post his point of view, regarding the unfortunate verbal spout he had with the Green Bay fans.
"While attending an NFL game last Sunday to support my beloved Philadelphia Eagles, an incident occurred that I deeply regret," Caldwell said. "What began as banter with two Packers fans sitting near me escalated to something more serious, and I said things that were unacceptable. In the heat of the moment, I chose unforgiving words to address one of the fans, Ms. Ally Keller."
While Basara says the outburst was 'unprovoked,' Caldwell claims that's not totally true.
"There are two sides to every story," he said. "The video clip circulating online does not reflect the full context of what transpired, and my actions were not without provocation."
Even so, Caldwell did issue an apology to Keller.
"I want to sincerely apologize to Ms. Keller for those words," Caldwell said. "And to my wife, family, and friends, my former employer and colleagues, Packer fans, Eagle fans, the Philadelphia Eagles, the City of Philadelphia, and all who were offended."
He continued, "I will live with this experience, and I am certainly paying a personal price."
On top of being fired from his job, the Eagles organization have banned Caldwell from attending any future games at Lincoln Financial Field.
