Eagles Fan on Life Support After Falling From Light Pole

Following their win in the NFC Championship Game against the Washington Commanders, Eagles fans took to the streets of Philadelphia to celebrate their victory. But unfortunately, that celebration came to a screeching halt for at least one Eagles fan.

According to the New York Post, one fan is fighting for his life after falling from a light pole.

"An 18-year-old man is on life support after falling from a light pole Sunday in Philadelphia as Eagles fans celebrated the team's NFC Championship win over the Commanders in the streets, according to an ABC 6 report.," the New York Post writes.

"He suffered brain trauma from the fall at 15th and Market streets and was transported to Jefferson Hospital, the report said. The teenager was among several fans who climbed light poles after Philly Mayor Cherelle Parker warned people not to do so"

A.J. Brown Gets Honest on Eagles' Offensive Versatility

The Eagles were slow out of the gates to start the season. After four games, they were 2-2 and didn't look like a team with the makings of a title contender. But after a pedestrian start the Eagles have caught fire, and so far, no team has been able to put the flame out as they are heading to the Super Bowl.

The Eagles have built their way back to the top of the NFC in a myriad of ways. Their head coach Nick Sirianni has proven to be versatile with his offensive approach with an elite passing game and punishing running game. Eagles star receiver A.J. Brown believes that is what ultimately has been their recipe for success this season.

"You want to be able to win in multiple ways," Brown said. "And as we continue to build, I think we'll continue to see that even more. That's what the good offenses have. They're capable of doing both. They're not one-dimensional. So, we just want to continue to build, build our toolbox, build our portfolio, if you will, of what we can do, and how efficiently we can do all these different things."

However, Brown also added that as competitors, the versatility can sometimes be frustrating, but winning remains the ultimate goal.

"It's like a good and bad thing. We're happy the guys [run] the ball. But we want the ball, too. But it happens. You're onto the next game. You take it. So, it's all good," he added.
