Axalta Racing will be the primary sponsor for 18 races during the 2025 Cup Series season. Raptor Coatings will be on the No. 24 Chevrolet for 11 races. Axalta will be on the car for seven races while showcasing a scheme reminiscent of Jeff Gordon.

This double-flame Axalta scheme will make its debut during the Daytona 500 as Byron defends his win from last season. It will return at Darlington on April 6, Bristol on April 13, Charlotte on May 25, Atlanta on June 28, Dover on July 20, and Phoenix on Nov. 2.

The green and gray Raptor scheme will make its debut at Circuit of the Americas on March 2. It will return for Las Vegas on March 16, Texas on May 4, Kansas on May 11, Nashville on June 1, Michigan on June 8, Iowa on Aug. 3, Watkins Glen on Aug. 10, Bristol on Sept. 13, New Hampshire on Sept. 21, and Talladega on Oct. 19.

Axalta did not clarify if the flame scheme would have any changes for Darlington or Charlotte. The first race at Darlington is traditionally the Throwback Weekend event where teams highlight schemes from NASCAR history.

The Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte is the race that teams use to run schemes honoring military members who gave their lives in service of the country.

Byron has 13 career Cup Series wins since the 2020 season. Eight of these races have featured either Axalta or Raptor as the primary sponsor of the No. 24 Chevrolet. This includes the 2023 trip to Darlington when Byron ran a throwback gold scheme honoring Gordon.

Byron also took Axalta to victory lane last season at Martinsville Speedway. He won in a ruby red car while Hendrick Motorsports celebrated the 40th anniversary of its first season and first win.

The North Carolina native will try to take Axalta and Raptor back to victory lane in 2025 as he continues his pursuit of his first Cup Series championship. Byron has made the Championship 4 the last two seasons but has not yet captured the Bill France Cup.
