NFL fans do not hold back when their favorite teams play in the biggest game of the season. Chase Elliott provided the perfect example of this on Sunday when he showed off Clint Bowyer's Super Bowl outfit.

The 2020 Cup Series champion posted a photo from New Orleans that showed him standing on a balcony with the NASCAR on Fox analyst. While Elliott was dressed normally, Bowyer was decked out from head to toe with Chiefs gear.
Bowyer's outfit included an Andy Reid t-shirt, a Chiefs pendant, silver beads, a red chain, a Chiefs hat, and a custom Chiefs blazer.

"Clint probably won't remember taking this when he wakes up tomorrow," one fan responded on X, the platform formerly known as Twitter. Many others responded with comments about Bowyer's attire and his love of the Chiefs.
This fandom is something that the driver-turned-analyst has showcased countless times throughout his career. Bowyer has made it explicitly clear exactly which team he cheers for on a weekly basis during the NFL season.
This fandom led to some fascinating moments in the booth and at the track. For example, Kevin Harvick, Mike Joy, and Bowyer joked about the Chiefs and the NFL while calling last weekend's Clash at Bowman Gray Stadium.
The fandom has also led to an unfortunate moment for the Fox Sports analyst. Back in 2020, Bowyer made a friendly wager with former Stewart-Haas Racing teammate Aric Almirola based on the Super Bowl. The Chiefs were facing off with the Buccaneers.
Almirola started the back-and-forth. He asked Bowyer if he wanted to make a wager based on the outcome of the game. If the Buccaneers won, Bowyer would have to do something in the booth. If the Chiefs won, Almirola would have to do something at the track.

The Buccaneers delivered a dominant 31-9 win, so Bowyer had to pay up early in the 2021 season. He donned a No. 12 Tom Brady Buccaneers jersey during pre-race coverage at Homestead-Miami Speedway. He then tossed a replica Lombardi Trophy to the side and broke it on pit road.
Several years later, Bowyer is back at the Big Game and rooting for history. He is hoping his favorite NFL team will deliver the league's first-ever three-peat by defeating the Eagles.
