A man by the name of Tony Martinez posted a video of himself confronting the five-time Pro Bowl wideout, in which he was heard saying, "Yo Steve. Yeah you been f***ing my wife bro. What you got to say for yourself?"
Steve Smith: "I'm sorry."
Martinez: "You f***ing knew she was married. You're not a f***ing idiot man, you're Steve Smith Sr... what kind of dumb sh** was that?"
Insane: A man has just found out that former NFL WR and current NFL Network analyst Steve Smith Sr. has been sleeping with his wife. He posted the texts and a phone call with Smith on X after finding out:

The woman, who got with Smith Sr., has been identified as 45-year-old Nikki Martinez.

Ms. Martinez evidently met Smith Sr. while she was working for the Baltimore Ravens marching band.

Tony Martinez, who was considerably hurt by the whole situation, dropped pictures Smith had sent his wife, as well as leaking his phone number through screenshots.

All in all, this is heartbreaking for the families involved as Smith Sr. is also married to Angie Smith, who he met while playing football for the University of Utah.
They have been married since 2000, and share four children together.
