At the beginning of the year Fox Sports faced an alarming lawsuit, which ended up alleging that multiple notable TV personalities, including Joy Taylor and Skip Bayless, were involved in workplace misconduct through discrimination.

However, that was just the tip of the iceberg, as the suit filed by Noushin Faraji, a former hairstylist for Fox Sports, also alleged that Bayless offered her $1.5 million for sex.
In addition, Faraji referenced that Joy Taylor used 'her sexuality to get on a show' in 2020, as she is accused of sleeping with other host(s) and FS1 executive VP Charlie Dixon.

Co-host Emmanuel Acho and Dixon were the two named specifically in the lawsuit, who allegedly had encounters with Taylor.
It doesn’t stop at Emmanuel Acho though… Joy Taylor allegedly slept with FOX Sports executive Charlie Dixon to get herself onto ‘Undisputed’ with Skip Bayless. 😬 pic.twitter.com/7gRf9SznpO

Now, Fox Sports 'Speak' host Taylor has recently been 'sidelined' by the network, which many believe to be because of the ongoing lawsuit.
That is to say, the timing of Taylor's absence from the show is very coincidental, as her suspension came moments after posting a somewhat revealing picture online.

Per, Front Office Sports: "Questions are rising about Joy Taylor's status at Fox Sports' FS1 network after she missed three straight days of hosting Speak this week. Taylor missed the shows because she was 'sidelined' by the network, sources told Front Office Sports. The apparent infraction that led Taylor to be off the program for at least three days was not immediately known. A spokesperson for Fox Sports declined to comment and a spokesperson for Taylor did not immediately respond to a request for comment."
