The Angels have enough problems on the field. Turns out, they've got some crawling around off it, too.

According to a health inspection report that made the rounds, Angel Stadium was dealing with a rodent infestation that led to the shutdown of a concession stand in Section 432. Yeah. Not exactly the kind of home-field advantage you're looking for.
Inspectors from Orange County didn't just find one stray mouse passing through. They flagged rodent droppings in multiple areas around the stand. Five, to be exact. That's not a coincidence. That's a problem.
It gets better. Or worse, depending on your tolerance for ballpark snacks.
The report also noted a ceiling hole large enough to give the rodents a clear path between the rafters and food prep areas. Basically, they had full access. In and out. No ticket required.
The stand was officially shut down April 22 during a homestand against the Blue Jays. The Angels won that game, 7-3. Small victory, considering everything else.
Angel Stadium is one of the oldest parks in baseball, and right now, it's showing. Between the on-field inconsistency and now this, it's been a rough stretch in Anaheim.
So if you're heading to the Big A anytime soon, maybe think twice before ordering nachos in the upper deck.
At this point, the Angels aren't just trying to fix a lineup. They've got bigger cleanup duties than that.
