NFL Just Banned a Celebrity From All Games and Events After Draft Stunt

Well, that's one way to get yourself noticed. And banned for life.

YouTuber Fred Beyer is now indefinitely barred from all NFL events after crashing the stage during the 2026 draft and attempting to announce a pick himself. Yes, really.

The stunt went down in Pittsburgh during the third round, with the Las Vegas Raiders on the clock at No. 67. Beyer somehow slipped in through a staff entrance using a fake credential, jogged right onto the stage and grabbed the mic.

"With the 67th pick ..." he began, before the audio was cut and chaos followed.

Security rushed in. Production staff yelled. And just like that, the show moved on without him.

Beyer later posted the whole thing in a nearly 20-minute YouTube video, saying the prank was sparked by a months-old run-in with former Steelers running back Le'Veon Bell.

The aftermath wasn't nearly as funny.

NFL officials escorted Beyer backstage, confiscated his credential and handed him a letter informing him he is banned indefinitely from all league events. According to the letter, the ban applies league-wide and violations could lead to arrest.

Police were also called after Beyer initially gave a false name.

At one point, Cam Heyward, who was on stage, even joked about whether he should have tackled him.

Beyer, who has built a following with more than two million subscribers, seemed to know the risk.

"Yeah, I'm going to jail tonight," he said in the video.

He didn't. But he also won't be attending an NFL event anytime soon.
