"What's good fans, family and friends," Robinson wrote on his social media accounts (punctuation added for clarity). "I don't know if you heard or saw but I'm deleting all apps for a little while until I can get back to myself.

"I had a very upsetting experience a few days ago I'm not gonna go into detail about it just gonna focus on the playoffs and myself. I know some of you have called and texted and it popped up green. That's because I got a new number.

"My mental health is not the best right now but I am fighting to get back on track while playing on the biggest stage in the World, the Eastern Conference finals. Thank you all for the love and support you bring, it will never go unnoticed. I truly appreciate y'all."

Robinson, a member of the All-Rookie team in 2018-2019, posted the message the same day that the New York Knicks played the Cleveland Cavaliers in Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Finals. They won 121-108.

He only attempted one shot from the floor while playing nine minutes in a reserve role, but he made it. He also contributed three rebounds.

Two days later, the Knicks defeated the Cavaliers 130-93 to take the Eastern Conference Finals with a 4-0 sweep. Robinson played 18 minutes during this blowout win. He went 4-6 from the floor and 0-2 on free throw attempts while scoring eight points. He secured 10 rebounds.

Now, Robinson and the Knicks will head into the month of June preparing for the NBA Finals. The New York-based team will face off with either the Oklahoma City Thunder or the San Antonio Spurs, who are tied in the Western Conference Finals 2-2.
