The footage captures an angry and visibly agitated Poirier after he was removed from a flight and detained by authorities.
At one point, Poirier can be heard shouting at airport personnel and challenging one employee to a fight as tensions escalated.
According to the video, an airport official attempted to calm the former UFC lightweight title challenger and asked if he was Dustin Poirier. The exchange only seemed to further frustrate Poirier, who continued yelling and directing insults toward those around him.
The situation appeared close to boiling over as Poirier squared up toward an employee and warned that things were "going to be bad" if additional personnel arrived.

Despite the tense moments, the encounter eventually cooled down. In a surprising turn, Poirier appeared to calm himself and even exchanged a fist bump with one of the airport workers before the interaction ended.
The footage surfaced days after Poirier's arrest Sunday evening.
As previously reported, Poirier was taken into custody shortly before 7 p.m. on a misdemeanor public intoxication charge at the Atlanta airport. He was booked into a local jail, photographed for a mugshot and later released.
The 37-year-old remains one of the most recognizable figures in mixed martial arts, having spent years competing among the UFC's elite lightweights and earning a reputation as one of the sport's most respected veterans.
If convicted, Poirier could face up to one year in jail.
