According to TMZ, a judge on Monday set Arnold's bond at $1 million following a pretrial detention hearing in Hillsborough County, rejecting prosecutors' request to keep the 23-year-old in custody until trial.
Arnold is facing eight felony charges — four counts of kidnapping and four counts of armed robbery — in connection with an alleged incident at a Tampa-area Airbnb on Feb. 4.
Prosecutors allege Arnold helped coordinate the robbery of three men at the residence. Arnold has denied any wrongdoing, and his attorney argued during Monday's hearing that investigators have not produced evidence directly tying the former Alabama standout to the alleged crimes.
The judge determined there was probable cause to continue the case but ruled that Arnold could be released on bond while the legal process moves forward.
As part of the conditions of his release, Arnold must remain at home or work, surrender his passport within 48 hours and have no contact with co-defendants or witnesses.
Prosecutors also requested GPS monitoring, but the judge declined, noting Arnold's status as a professional athlete would already place him under significant public scrutiny.
Arnold was selected by the Lions in the first round of the 2024 NFL Draft after starring at Alabama. His legal case remains pending, and no trial date has been announced.
