Concerning Tyreek Hill Update

Tyreek Hill isn't ready to say when he'll return to the NFL. But considering what doctors initially told him, the fact he's running at all is pretty remarkable.

Hill shared a video documenting his recovery from the devastating knee injury that ended his 2025 season. The former Dolphins star can be seen running, jumping and working out in a pool as he attempts to regain strength in his surgically repaired left leg.

"I ain't going to tell you what my timeline is, but timeline looking real good right now, man," Hill said.

Hill dislocated his knee and tore multiple ligaments, including his ACL, on Sept. 29. He underwent surgery the following day and has since had two procedures on the leg.

Nearly 10 months later, the 32-year-old admitted there's still a long way to go.

"I have no power in my left leg at all, so I'm trying to regain all the power back in my left leg," Hill said. "But it's one day at a time."

The eight-time Pro Bowl receiver also revealed just how uncertain his future appeared immediately after the injury.

"They told me I might not be able to walk again," Hill said, adding that doctors couldn't initially tell him what his future would look like.

Now he's back running and working toward an NFL comeback.

Hill remains a free agent after Miami released him in February. His agent, Drew Rosenhaus, said last month that the priority is getting Hill healthy before worrying about where he might play next.

Whether Hill can return during the 2026 season remains unclear, and he's keeping his target date to himself.

Still, releasing workout footage just as NFL training camps begin certainly isn't a bad way to remind teams that one of the league's most explosive receivers is still out there.
