Alex Rodriguez apparently has a new woman in his life.

The former Yankees star is dating private fitness trainer Meghan Hayden, according to Page Six, which identified Hayden as the mystery woman recently spotted kissing Rodriguez at Michael Rubin's star-studded party in the Hamptons.
"They are dating. It's new," a source told Page Six. "She's a really nice person from a great family."
Rodriguez, 50, and Hayden, 33, were also spotted together over the Fourth of July weekend at Bounce Beach in Montauk. The pair reportedly arrived with a group of friends and "definitely looked coupled up."
Hayden has an athletic background of her own. A former Division I athlete, she graduated from the University of Miami with a degree in exercise physiology and now works as a private fitness coach. According to her website, Hayden has also modeled for major athletic brands, including Under Armour and Athleta.
The new relationship comes several months after Rodriguez's split from fitness expert Jaclyn Cordeiro, whom he dated for approximately three years.
Rodriguez has had several high-profile relationships since retiring from baseball, most notably with Jennifer Lopez. The two became engaged in 2019 before ending their relationship in 2021.
For now, it appears A-Rod has officially moved on — and the identity of his mystery woman isn't a mystery anymore.
