San Francisco 49ers offensive lineman Trent Williams is being sued by an automotive company in Washington for allegedly missing years of payments.

According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, OpenRoad Auto Group has filed a lawsuit against the 12-time Pro Bowler. The company alleges that it leased a 2018 Porsche 911 to Williams, who agreed to make 48 monthly payments. The agreement allegedly had an end date of Aug. 31, 2025.
The lawsuit alleges that Williams made the first two payments as part of the lease agreement, which totaled $10,617.26, before closing his bank account. It alleges that he has not made a single payment since.
OpenRoad Auto Group is suing Williams for breach of contract and fraud while alleging that he owes nearly $250,000 in past-due lease payments. The lawsuit also alleges that he owes additional charges, fees, and costs associated with the lease agreement.
The fourth overall pick in the 2010 NFL Draft, Williams has been a mainstay on the offensive line while splitting his career between two NFC teams.
He spent the first 10 years of his career with the Washington Commanders, formerly known as the Redskins. Although he held out the 2019 season due to a dispute over his contract and how the team handled a cancerous growth on his head. He earned seven trips to the Pro Bowl during this stretch.
Williams joined the San Francisco 49ers in 2020, and he has remained with the Bay Area team ever since. He has earned five more trips to the Pro Bowl while also earning three First-Team All-Pro selections. He has started all 84 games in which he has played.
The veteran lineman is now being sued for missed car payments after signing a renegotiated contract with the 49ers. He and the team worked out a four-year, $103 million renegotiated deal that includes a $22.2 million signing bonus and $37 million in fully guaranteed money.
