Milagros "Millie" Corretjer was awarded full ownership of two properties in Puerto Rico valued at a combined $13.5 million as part of her divorce from the boxing legend, according to court documents obtained by TMZ Sports.

One of the properties is located in San Juan and has an assigned value of $3.5 million. The other is considerably pricier.

Corretjer received a property at the Bahia Beach Resort in Rio Grande valued at $10 million. Both were awarded to her as her "sole and separate property," meaning De La Hoya no longer has a claim to either.

The new court filing doesn't represent a change to their divorce settlement. TMZ reports that Puerto Rico requires a certified court order to formally transfer the properties, which is why the details have now surfaced.

The remainder of the former couple's financial settlement remains confidential.

De La Hoya, 53, and Corretjer married in October 2001 after meeting the previous year. They had three children together before separating in 2016.

It took quite a while for the marriage to officially end.

The former six-division world champion didn't file for divorce until January 2023, and the two finally reached a settlement in 2025, more than two decades after getting married.

De La Hoya has since moved on with former sports broadcaster Holly Sonders. The two met at a boxing event in 2021 and have been together ever since.

As for Corretjer, whatever else was included in the confidential settlement remains unknown.

But we now know it included $13.5 million worth of Puerto Rico real estate.
