Odell Beckham Jr.'s comeback with the New York Giants is officially moving on to the regular season.

Beckham survived final roster cuts Sunday and earned a spot on the Giants' initial 53-man roster, completing a return to the franchise that made him one of the NFL's biggest stars.
It wasn't necessarily guaranteed.
Beckham, 33, didn't play anywhere during the 2025 season and entered training camp trying to show he could still contribute. New Giants coach John Harbaugh said after the preseason finale that Beckham had done enough to make "an NFL roster," but stopped short of guaranteeing it would be New York's.
Turns out, it will be.
Beckham caught seven passes for 76 yards during three preseason games. His chances also increased as the Giants dealt with uncertainty surrounding Malik Nabers and lost Calvin Austin III for the season with a torn ACL.
Beckham joins Nabers, Darius Slayton, Darnell Mooney and rookie Malachi Fields in the Giants' receiving corps.
It's been quite a while since OBJ played a meaningful snap.
His last regular-season appearance came with the Miami Dolphins in December 2024. Beckham was suspended six games in 2025 for violating the NFL's performance-enhancing drug policy but never signed with another team.
Now he's back where everything started.
Beckham spent his first five NFL seasons with the Giants, earning three Pro Bowl selections and producing 5,476 receiving yards and 44 touchdowns before being traded to Cleveland in 2019.
More than seven years later, OBJ is a Giant again, and this time, it's no longer just a training camp reunion.
