Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Aaron Rodgers used a podcast appearance to address some past relationships. This includes talking about issues with past teammates.

"If you're only relevant by mentioning my name, you should check yourself," he said during a podcast sitdown with Steelers teammate Cam Heyward.
Speaking with Heyward, Rodgers made pointed comments about two former teammates. He didn't mention the team or the players by name, but the belief is that he referenced former Packers Greg Jennings and Jermichael Finley.
"I had two teammates who spoke out about me years ago, out of everyone I ever played with who said they didn't have a good experience with me," Rodgers said during his appearance on Not Just Football With Cam Heyward.
"One was bitter because he went to another team and never became a player again. The other was just not a smart person. And that one hurt me more than the other one, because I spent so much time with that guy.
"The night before games, I'd be in his room for an hour going over the plan, the checks, everything I was going to do. I went above and beyond for that guy.
"Both of them, no one cares about what they have to say, which is for most people at this point in my life," Rodgers added. "No one cares what they have to say until they use my name."

The two former Packers teammates have made public comments in the past about Rodgers, not many of which were positive. For example, Finley, a Packers tight end from 2008-13, said in 2021 that he didn't see the work ethic in his former quarterback. These comments on ESPN followed a 38-3 Packers loss to the Saints.
Jennings, who spent seven years catching passes from Brett Favre and Rodgers, has criticized his former teammate multiple times since his retirement.
Most recently, he used his platform as a Fox Sports analyst to criticize the way that Rodgers handled a situation with Steelers receiver Roman Wilson. Rodgers had seemingly called out Wilson for a mistake during practice.

"I've never liked this. He's not doing this to DK (Metcalf). He's not doing this to Davante Adams," Jennings said on First Things First. "You don't take something that we can resolve, and I get it, he talked glowingly about Roman...
"But Roman is listening to that, and immediately, when you hear 'that's the second time,' it's like a reprimand of like, we didn't even need to know about the first time. This has been the issue that I've always had. When we look at Rodgers, it's like, do you ever do anything wrong?"
