You probably have never heard of three-star recruit Darnell Rogers out of Fort Mill, South Carolina. And that's fine because he would rather let his play do the talking for him. 247Sports has him ranked as the third-best player in the state, but 264th nationally and that probably has something to do with the fact he's only 5'3" and will easily be the shortest player in Division-I basketball next year.

Rogers has committed to play at George Washington where his father played and was named the 1998-99 A-10 Player of the Year. The elder Rogers was also slight of height standing at 5'4" so we know the Rogers family has a little extra something in the genes. We'll have to wait a year to see it in action, but Rogers could be making some big splashes at GW.
