Three-star defensive end/linebacker Marvin Terry (6-foot-2, 222 pounds, Dallas, TX) was scheduled to sign with Missouri on National Signing Day. However, Missouri is looking to distance themselves from the recruit after he was charged with assault.

Terry's incidents date back to last year, when he allegedly assaulted his girlfriend that was pregnant with his child. Terry was arrested and arraigned for that incident, but apparently the court proceedings are on-going after a series of continuances.
Finally, Terry was arrested again on January 25 in Dallas due to an alleged incident involving the same woman that occurred on January 5. After that arrest, police charged Terry with three separate counts of assault.
Terry was only a three-star recruit at 247Sports, but he was ranked as high as a four-star recruit by ESPN. However, it looks like Terry will not be playing college football in the foreseeable future, as Missouri has reportedly pulled any offers for Terry.
