According to court records, a Baltimore judge signed the warrant on April 24 for the 31-year-old Davis, whose probation stems from a 2020 hit-and-run crash that injured multiple people.
The alleged violation is connected to an incident involving Davis and his ex-girlfriend, Courtney Rossel, at Tootsie's Cabaret in Miami on Oct. 27, 2025.
Rossel, who was working as a cocktail server at the club, accused Davis of grabbing her by the neck and forcibly moving her through the venue against her will before she was able to get away. Surveillance footage from the club reportedly captured portions of the altercation.
Davis was arrested in January in connection with the incident and is currently facing felony kidnapping and misdemeanor battery charges in Florida.
Following that arrest, Maryland officials initially sought a probation violation warrant in February. However, Davis' attorneys argued he had cooperated with law enforcement, leading a judge to withdraw the warrant at that time.
Less than three months later, a new warrant was issued and remains active.
Davis, one of boxing's biggest stars and a former lightweight world champion, is now considered wanted by authorities in Maryland as the legal process continues.
