Fans React to McGregor Attending Trump Inauguration
The events leading up to the inauguration have been star-studded. Snoop Dogg, Nelly, and Rick Ross have already performed at Trump's Crypto Ball this past weekend. Add another star to that list as former UFC Champion Conor McGregor announced that he has landed in Washington to attend the inauguration.

Following his announcement, fans weighed in with reactions on social media.
"McGregor's backing him because he sees it: power, dominance, and leadership that doesn't bow down," one fan said on X, formerly known as Twitter.
"Just leave the coke outside," another fan added.
Former Champ Slams Accuser After Losing Civil Suit
McGregor found himself in hot water in 2024 after losing a civil suit for a sexual assault that occurred in his hometown of Ireland. And as one might expect, the former UFC Champion was not happy about it. Following the verdict, McGregor took to social media to lash out.
In the suit, McGregor's accuser, Nikita Hand, claimed that McGregor picked her and her sister up after a Christmas Party and took them back to a hotel. While at the hotel, Hand says that the UFC star forced himself on her, and shortly after, so did McGregor's co-defendant, James Lawrence.
But McGregor says that everything that he and Lawrence have been accused of has been a lie and that the mainstream media pushed a "bias" agenda which led to the guilty verdict.
"A court of feeling and opinion, brainwashed into people via the mainstream media. Not of fact! The reporting in court is a laughing stock to everyone present. As clear as day bias," McGregor said.
"This is not a court of hard evidence and truth. It is a kangaroo court of opinions and feelings. We are not done yet. Not by a long shot. No chance. On we fight! Justice and truth will prevail! Appeal! Appeal! Appeal! As well as others. Congrats James! Onwards and upwards!"
