The Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson fight drew over 108 million viewers on Netflix, and unfortunately they were seemingly unprepared for everyone tuning in as there was constant buffering and lag during the stream.

That is, now the billion dollar company has been hit with a lawsuit, as court documents obtained by TMZ reveal Ronald "Blue" Denton filed the suit in Florida on Monday.

In view of the case, Denton's claims highlighted the fact that during the broadcast on Friday night, millions of people "were faced with legendary problems, including: no access, streaming glitches, and buffering issues."

To point out, even celebrities showed themselves having trouble viewing the fight, as Dave Portnoy tried restarting his WiFi, and it still didn't work.

Ultimately, Denton is asking for unspecified damages, as he is suing Netflix for breach of contract. That is to say, Netflix didn't respond directly to this, but they did admit there were streaming issues in a statement they put out over the weekend.

"We don't want to dismiss the poor experience of some members, and know we have room for improvement, but still consider this event a huge success."

All in all, despite there being record-breaking numbers for the streaming site, it wasn't viewed as a huge success for the fans, as Netflix will continue to face scrutiny over the streaming issues during Paul's big win over Tyson.

With this in mind, Netflix may have lost some trust in their ability to host big live sporting events.
