After making huge decommit, five-star PG Ashton Hagans now making another major decision

Bombshell!

Five-star point guard Ashton Hagans will reclassify to the 2018 class. This news comes only a few hours after he decomitted from the Georgia Bulldogs.

This new report is via 247Sports.

He was a member of the 2019 class.

The 6-foot-4, 185-pound point guard out of Covington had offers from UConn, Florida, Kansas, North Carolina and Oklahoma State, before originally committing to Georgia. He's ranked as the No. 8 player overall in the class of 2019, the top recruit in the state and the No. 1 player at his position according to the 247Sports Composite rankings.

At the time of this writing, his new rankings have not yet been updated to reflect his new recruiting class position.

Again for Hagans, according to ESPN, he's the 18th best player in the 2019 class and the No. 3 point guard. There's no word as to where he plans on committing to next.

Obviously, he will be a highly sought after prospect. With his new position being to be a member of the 2018 class, it is likely he is eyeing a professional career as soon as humanly possible.
