Duke gets win in its 1,000th game at Cameron Indoor

A huge win for the Blue Devils!

Duke (18-6, 7-4) held off No. 13 Louisville (19-5, 8-3) at Cameron Indoor Stadium in its 1,000th game hosted there for a 72-65 win. Grayson Allen led all scorers with 19 points and had help from Brandon Ingram's double-double of 18 points and 10 rebounds. Duke also had double digit scorers in Marshall Plumlee with 10 points and Luke Kennard with 11 points off the bench.

Louisville had major bench help from Donovan Mitchell who scored 17 points and led the team in that category. Quentin Snider added 12 points, Trey Lewis had 11, and Damion Lee had 10 to round out the Cards in double figures. Duke's major advantage was at the free throw line where they had twice as many shots as Louisville.

Louisville next plays at Notre Dame on Saturday and Duke next hosts Virginia on Saturday.
