Duke rolls in second exhibition game before heading into regular season Duke Basketball/YouTube

The Duke Blue Devils got an easy exhibition game win over Augustana in their second preseason game of the year 98-45. Duke had four guys score in double figures led by Luke Kennard’s 17 points and three steals. Sophomore Chase Jeter had the only double-double of the game with 15 points and 12 boards.

Star freshmen Marques Bolden, Harry Giles and Jayson Tatum did not play in the game. Giles is recovering from a third knee surgery, Tatum has a small foot injury and there doesn’t seem to be a reason Bolden didn’t play. Duke starts its season in earnest on Friday against Marist at home.
