Duke survives "Barber-age" to advance past N.C. State

That was too close for comfort.

No.19 Duke (23-9) survived an offensive onslaught from N.C. State (16-17) to advance to the next round of the ACC Tournament to face Notre Dame (20-10). The Blue Devils got 22 points apiece from Brandon Ingram and Luke Kennard along with 19 points from Grayson Allen to give Duke a 92-89 win. Marshall Plumlee also chipped in 17 points and 10 boards.

There was absolutely no defense from either side though as both teams shot over 50 percent from the floor and over 44 percent from beyond the arc. N.C. State's Cat Barber also had 29 points, seven assists and three rebounds on the day. Duke did not look good down the stretch of this game considering it had a double-digit lead and almost gave the game away, but the Blue Devils will live to fight for one more day!
