Duke will hold out one star freshman despite clearance to play

Interesting decision.

Duke was originally supposed to have three of its star freshmen out for the season opener against Marist, but got some good news when forward Jayson Tatum was cleared to play.

However, it seems that Tatum is going to be held out of the game as a precaution:

That's a little unusual, but Coach K might be doing this because the team plays again tomorrow night and will use them then instead of potentially overusing and overplaying him.
