Five-star SG Cassius Stanley has six schools in the mix for him, three being aggressive

And there's plenty of time for things to happen before his commitment down the road.

Cassius Stanley is a five-star shooting guard in the class of 2019 so he has quite some time before he makes a solid commitment, but it seems six schools are already in the mix for him. He has some of the usual suspects and heavy hitters like UCLA, Arizona, Kentucky and Duke coming after him, but he's also got rising schools like Alabama and Stanford gunning after him as well.

Stanley told Rivals that Alabama, Arizona and UCLA are coming after him most aggressively and with the way all of those schools have recently recruited point guards, that bodes well for him. All of those schools have secured commitments from five-star point guards and UCLA most notably has developed that into NBA talent.

The 6'5", 195-pound shooting guard is ranked as the best at his position by ESPN as well as the No. 9 overall player in the class. The North Hollywood, Calif. native also holds offers from Maryland, USC, Oregon and Gonzaga among others.
