Taeshon Cherry is a five-star forward in the class of 2018 according to Scout and the No. 23 recruit in the entire country. The 6'8", 220-pound wing man is getting a head start on his recruitment by cutting down his list of schools to eight:

The San Diego native also holds offers from Washington, Kansas, California and Harvard right now with presumably more on the way. He's ranked as the No. 5 small forward in the class and he might be moving up with some updates to the recruiting rankings later in the year.
