Kentucky could be missing its best shooter right before the postseason

This is some real bad news for Kentucky.

Derek Willis has been a huge shooting presence for Kentucky and opens up the floor for the Wildcats with that shooting. He's been shooting over 50 percent from the field and from beyond the arc in SEC play. However, it looks like he won't be able to help Kentucky for a few games as coach Calipari said that he has a "pretty bad sprain."

He had to leave the game against Texas A&M in the second half with the injury. He had complained after Thursday's win over Tennessee that both knees ached and that he had hurt his ankle in practice earlier in the week. Kentucky hosts Alabama Tuesday night and the Cats still lead the SEC at 10-4 with four games left in conference play.
