Kentucky gets by Georgia to get to SEC Finals

Kentucky didn't expect that kind of game from Georgia.

Second-seeded Kentucky (25-8) took on Georgia (19-13) in the SEC semifinals after the Dawgs upset third-seeded South Carolina on Friday 65-64. The score for this game wasn't as close in the end, but UGA definitely gave UK a scare. The Dawgs were up five at halftime, but the Wildcats outscored them by 18 in the second half to win 93-80.

Kentucky's Tyler Ulis played some great basketball as usual with 25 points and five assists. Jamal Murray had 26 points and six rebounds while Alex Poythress chipped in 10 points, Isaiah Briscoe had 12 points and seven boards and Derek Willis had 14 points off the bench. Kentucky will take on Texas A&M on Sunday to claim the SEC Tournament title.
