Kentucky upset on the road by the Commodores

This was a pretty bad loss.

No. 16 Kentucky (21-8, 11-5) traveled to the funky confines of Memorial Gymnasium to play bubble team Vanderbilt (18-11, 10-6), but did not come out with a win. The Commodores got a huge 74-62 win over the Wildcats despite a staggering 33 points from UK's Jamal Murray. Tyler Ulis also chipped in 12 points, six assists, and three rebounds.

Only four players scored for the Wildcats and they were all starters. Without Derek Willis this team has been struggling and doesn't really have any other guys to space the floor for Ulis and Murray. This team could be danger, but it will likely have to find a way to do it without Willis' services. Their next game is against Florida on Tuesday who will be desperate for a win to stay on the inside of the NCAA Tournament bubble.
