That's Riverside University High School's Melvin Lee going up over some defenders and throwing down the mega jam. Lee's only 5'5" and after he was done splitting two defenders he raised up for the dunk and pulled off this sweet Spud Webb impression. Keep on hooping and hopping, Melvin.
