Louisville and 2016 shooting guard part ways

Louisville and three-star shooting guard Frankie Hughes have “mutually agreed” to part ways according to Scout.com. The 6’3″ shooting guard committed to the Cards in October and signed in November.

Louisville currently has five-star wing man VJ King and is expected to get graduate transfer Tony Hicks from UPenn. Rick Pitino and the Cards are still on the lookout for other transfers as well.
