Louisville downs Georgia Tech to survive the upset bid

Louisville stays winning.

No. 17 Louisville (16-3, 5-1) is close behind UNC in the ACC standings and helped its cause with a 75-71 win over Georgia Tech (11-8, 1-5). It didn't come easy as the Cards almost gave it away several times and were down by seven at halftime. Luckily, they had five double-digit scorers to help them escape the Yellow Jackets' sting in Atlanta.

Damion Lee led the Cards with 17 points, Anas Mahmoud had 15 points off the bench, Donovan Mitchell had 11 points also coming off the bench, Trey Lewis had 12 points, and Chinanu Onuaku had a double-double with 12 points and 11 boards. The Cards also hit a third of their three-point shot attempts and only had six turnovers all game.
