Louisville's Lewis still happy to be playing at Louisville

What an upstanding young man!

Louisville grad transfers Trey Lewis and Damion Lee became Cardinals after finishing their undergraduate careers to get to the NCAA Tournament and potentially win a national championship. That dream came crashing down when the school announced a self-imposed postseason ban to curtail any potential NCAA punishment.

Katina Powell has published a tell-all book about a former assistant coach who paid strippers and prostitutes to "entertain" recruits and players on visits. She was one of those women she claims and Rick Pitino claims he knows nothing about it.  The two grad students could have mailed in the season and no one probably would have blamed them. But Trey Lewis is being a great sport about it and gave Louisville fans a lot of hope.

While neither player will get to even play in the ACC Tournament they will surely be fondly remembered by the fans.
