Miami prevails over Louisville on Senior Day

That one hurts.

No. 11 Louisville (22-7, 11-5) headed down south to Coral Gables to play No. 12 Miami (23-5, 12-4) for their Senior Day. And those were the guys who carried the Canes to a 73-65 win. Angel Rodriguez had 17 points (to lead all scorers), seven assists, and five rebounds. The Canes also shot over 53 percent from the field and hit 8 of 11 from beyond the arc.

Louisville was led by Quentin Snider off the bench with 14 points and he was joined in double figure scoring by Trey Lewis who had 13 points and Chinanu Onuaku who had 10 points, six assists, and eight rebounds. The Cards only had six turnovers and assisted on half their shots. They will have a chance to right the ship on Tuesday at home against Georgia Tech.
