One school is already claiming the 2017 NCAA Championship and it shouldn't surprise anyone

Someone's feeling pretty good about 2016-17 I guess!

There are a few schools out there that can legitimately say they are expecting to win the NCAA Championship in April of 2017, but there are fewer that can say it and actually mean it. Programs like North Carolina, Kentucky, Kansas, Arizona, Duke and maybe a couple others can make that claim.

Even with Duke losing top talent like Brandon Ingram and a senior in Marshall Plumlee, the Blue Devils had the best recruiting class coming in to replace them for the 2016-17 season. That has the team and some campers pretty confident as they're already hanging banners for the next title.

With guys like Jayson Tatum, Harry Giles, Frank Jackson, Marques Bolden and Javin DeLaurier the Blue Devils will have considerably more depth than they did last year. Paired with returning starters in Amile Jefferson, Grayson Allen and Matt Jones, this team is going to be scary good, but will it win be the last team dancing in April?
