Five-star shooting guard Quentin Grimes made the announcement that he would make his commitment on Wednesday and now the day has come. The race for his commitment was believed to be down to Texas and Kansas and he has officially chosen Kansas:
The 6-foot-4, 185-pound guard out of Texas chose the XXX and becomes their highest ranked recruit in the class of 2018. He's the No. 3 shooting guard in the class and No. 13 overall recruit according to ESPN. He also had offers from Arizona, Kentucky, Marquette and Texas A&M among others.
