North Carolina coach Roy Williams suffered a serious case of vertigo during the Tar Heels' game against Boston College on Tuesday night. He was brought back to the locker room, but it seems he will be alright.

He has been tested over the years to try to get a better idea of what causes the vertigo feelings, but nothing conclusive has come up.
