The NCAA decided this year they would unveil a top 16 list of teams in February to give people an idea of how the brackets are made and to give people transparency. It had plenty of that and the chairman explaining the process was much more clear than anything we got from the College Football Playoff Committee.

So the first "Sweet Preview" from the NCAA features some surprises like Florida getting a 3-seed and the Big 12 having two No. 1 seeds with Duke sneaking into the top 16.
Some people might be surprised by Gonzaga not being named the top overall seed or even being the weakest of the top seeds since they are currently undefeated. Butler has been a dark horse tourney team and it looks like the selection committee has taken notice as well.
