The original rules of basketball are now on display at Kansas

That's a pretty cool historical piece of paper to have in the collection.

James Naismith is one of the greatest humans to have ever stepped on this planet. He invented the game of basketball at the University of Kansas and never looked back. It's his contributions to and invention of the game that prompted the Hall of Fame to be named after him as well. And it's a good thing that he kept his rules down on a sheet of paper instead of just memorizing them or we wouldn't have this sick exhibit at Kansas.

Kansas should see a lot of foot traffic in here for commencement ceremonies and basketball games next season because that is a piece of basketball history no one else owns.
