Thon Maker has been a huge —- both literally and figuratively —- target for schools this recruiting cycle. He was originally going to re-classify for 2015, but decided to take an on an extra year of high school in Canada. The seven-foot Sudanese product was all set to go to college next season, but it seems his advisor hasn't been straight up with everyone about it.

The official NBA collective bargaining agreement rule states that a player can be eligible for selection in the NBA Draft if "the player is or will be at least nineteen years of age during the calendar year in which the Draft is held, and, at least one NBA Season has elapsed since the player's graduation from high school."

Maker is currently 19 so the NBA will have to decide if he is truly eligible. However, he has enough raw talent and mystery about him for teams to give him a serious look and ESPN's Fran Fraschilla has said that it's possible for him to become a lottery pick.
