Angel Reese and Her Boyfriend Are College Basketball's Power Couple

LSU's Angel Reese won a national championship last season, and now she's got a boyfriend cheering her on this year.

LSU women's basketball has captivated college basketball fans, and Angel Reese is a huge reason why. Despite the controversial feud with Iowa's Caitlin Clark in the national championship game last season, Reese is a legitimate star who has a chance to add a second ring to her ring finger this season.

While she's doing that — in addition to hauling in more money than WNBA players already — she'll be rooting for another school this season. Reese's boyfriend is Cam'Ron Fletcher, a senior guard at Florida State University, where he's one of the ACC's best rebounders.

Reese and Fletcher are easily college basketball's No. 1 power couple, and despite the distance between Baton Rouge, La., and Tallahassee, Fla., they can't get enough of each other. Let's meet the man Reese calls her boyfriend.

Angel Reese is Dating Florida State's Cam'Ron Fletcher

According to the Daily Mail, Reese and Fletcher met six years ago through basketball and grew closer during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Dating one of the biggest stars in women's basketball might sound difficult, but Fletcher is emerging as a star in his own right. Last season at Florida State, the 6-foot-7 guard led the team in rebounds through 10 games before a knee injury forced him out for the rest of the season. He also averaged 10.8 points per game and totaled a season-best 23 against Mercer. As long as Fletcher is healthy, he should be one of FSU's most productive players.

Fletcher, who was named after the rapper Cam'Ron, was originally a star recruit out of St. Louis before heading to Kentucky to play for John Calipari. He transferred to Leonard Hamilton's program after playing sparingly during the 2020-21 season.

It's unknown when Fletcher and Reese became official, but he first posted her on his Instagram on Sept. 2 this year. However, he's been starring in TikTok videos with her going back to the summer.

Reese even showed him off back in August when they took a trip to Jamaica together.

They're Both Highly Competitive

What happens when these two hit the court together? As you'd expect, their games of one-on-one get pretty intense. Fletcher even admitted in a video of Reese's that Reese beat him.

And when Florida State played LSU in football this season, the two made a bet. LSU lost, so Reese had to wear some Seminoles gear.

Despite Reese and the Tigers losing their season opener to Colorado, they look primed for another dominant season under head coach Kim Mulkey. There's no telling what the future holds for Reese, but Fletcher will be by her side.
